These terms govern use of the Tripminute beta and explain what the service provides — and what it cannot guarantee.

Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of the current version of these terms and acknowledgement of the privacy policy. The accepted version and date are recorded. Material changes will be announced before they apply and may require renewed acceptance.
Purpose and Tripminute's role
Tripminute is an editorial travel-planning tool. It lets people browse, prepare, adapt, save and share itineraries, contacts and estimates. Tripminute does not organise, negotiate or coordinate transport, accommodation, activities or other provider services on a user's behalf. The beta may evolve quickly and features may change following tester feedback.
Account and security
You must provide a valid address and truthful information, choose a strong password and protect your session. A minor must use the service with permission and under the responsibility of a legal guardian. Clearly automated, fraudulent or protection-bypassing activity may lead to suspension.
Content and publication
Drafts are private by default. You remain responsible for text, images and links you add. Public publication may require review and can be refused when content is incomplete, misleading, unlawful or infringes third-party rights.
Prohibited content
You must not publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, dangerous or impersonating content, content infringing privacy or copyright, sexually explicit content involving a minor, or misleading booking inducements. Spam, artificial manipulation of counters and unauthorised data harvesting are also prohibited.
Licence granted to Tripminute
You retain ownership of your content. To host, back up, technically adapt, translate when requested and display it under your chosen visibility, you grant Tripminute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to the period the content is made available, subject to temporary backups and legal duties. This licence does not allow Tripminute to sell your content as a standalone work.
Reporting, moderation and appeals
Each public page provides a reporting mechanism for the reason, exact content address and useful explanation, together with a good-faith statement. Tripminute acknowledges receipt, reviews the report diligently and informs affected people of the decision where possible. Measures may include no action, reduced visibility, content removal, a warning or account suspension. The decision includes reasons and may be challenged using the contact in the notice. Manifestly abusive or repeated reports may lead to restrictions.
Ranking and recommendations
Public results may prioritise matching search criteria, completeness, freshness, editorial quality and aggregate usage signals. A partnership that may affect inclusion or ranking is disclosed. Tripminute may adjust these parameters to improve relevance or prevent abuse.
Travel information
Budgets, durations, availability, entry rules, health guidance and links are indicative. Verify them with the relevant provider, authority or professional before spending money or making a decision. Tripminute guarantees neither border admission, price nor availability.
Contacts, links and bookings
Tripminute may display useful provider contact details or links. Users freely choose whether to contact them and make every booking and payment directly with the relevant provider. Tripminute does not collect payment on a provider's behalf, does not make bookings for users and is not a party to the contract between them. Each provider remains solely responsible for its offer, prices, availability, terms and performance.
Affiliate links and partnerships
Some links may generate compensation from a partner when a user later books on that partner's website. Such links will be identified as affiliate or partner links. This compensation adds no fee to the price paid by the user and does not make Tripminute the seller of the service. Where a partnership may influence the inclusion or ranking of an offer, that influence is clearly disclosed.
Intellectual property
Tripminute software, brand, presentation and editorial content are protected. Third-party photos remain subject to their displayed licences and credits. You keep rights to your content and grant the technical rights needed to store and display it under your chosen visibility.
Availability and liability
Tripminute applies reasonable security, backup and availability measures but does not promise uninterrupted service. It cannot be responsible for travel decisions made without checking official sources or provider terms.
Deletion and termination
You can request account deletion. Tripminute may remove content or suspend access for security risk, abuse, illegality or repeated breach of these terms.

Publisher, legal and privacy contact details appear in the legal notice. Use the report button on a public page for specific content and the legal contact to challenge a decision or notify an infringement of your rights.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Publisher identity and contact details appear in the legal notice.
